Continuing With Classes Following A Taster Session

The information below explains what to do next if you would like to continue with the class you had your taster session in. If you have any questions or trouble renewing your membership, please get in touch at hgcenquiry@gmail.com.

We hope you enjoyed your taster class!

If you'd like to continue with this class every week, please make sure to setup your monthly membership plan to book in for the remainder of the term.

We'll save your space for up to 6 days following your taster session - if we haven't heard from you by then, we'll assume you're not returning and open the space up for another child to book.

To setup your monthly membership, simply open the ClubRight App and follow the steps below:

You should see the renewal option in the ClubRight homepage. Click on 'Renewal Available'.

Select the relevant membership plan. If your child is already attending one class per week, and you are booking a second or third class, please email the office at hgcenquiry@gmail.com to upgrade your child's membership to the 2 classes/week or 3 classes/week plan.

Read through the membership information and click 'Select Membership'.

Fill out or confirm your child's profile information and ParQ (medical questionnaire) are correct, then click 'Continue' on the Add-on Offers page.

You will then be directed to fill out your direct debit details to complete the process.

Troubleshooting

  • If you previously started to renew your child's membership, please visit the memberships page and you should be able to continue where you left off. Note: you may need to login again.

  • If you are not able to see the renewal options, and you have not previously started to set up your child's monthly membership, or you are experiencing any other problems, please contact the office hgcenquiry@gmail.com
